Refund Policy

We stand behind the Joint Freedom program completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try the complete program for a full 60 days. If you are not satisfied -- for any reason at all -- contact us within 60 days of your purchase date and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

What Is Covered

Our refund policy covers all purchases made through MobilityResetMethod.com, including:

  • Joint Freedom: The 21-Day Mobility Reset (front-end product)
  • Joint Freedom Advanced Protocol (OTO 1, if purchased)
  • Any bundle or promotional purchase

Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not require you to "return" anything to receive your refund. You simply contact us and we process it.

How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

1) Contact us directly: Email support@mobilityresetmethod.com with your name and ClickBank receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email). We process refund requests within 1 business day.

2) Contact ClickBank directly: Visit clkbank.com or call 1-800-390-6035. ClickBank handles all payment processing and can issue refunds independently of our involvement.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

  • Credit or debit card: 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.

What Happens to Your Account After a Refund

When a refund is processed, your member account access will be deactivated automatically. If you purchased multiple products and request a refund for only one, access to the remaining products will be maintained.

We ask that you delete any downloaded copies of the materials upon refund, as the license granted with your purchase is revoked at that point.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will always honor a legitimate refund request within the 60-day window, and a chargeback creates additional processing burden on both sides.

If a chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended immediately pending resolution.
